Erth is a real-estate development consultancy company dedicated to crafting thoughtful and elevated experiences. We work as a strategic advisor to landowners, investors, and private clients, weaving together development strategy and delivery, design artistry, and the curation that completes a space.
Our work spans high-end residential, mixed-use and commercial, wellness and hospitality, retail, and cultural and museum projects. delivered through three specialized houses: Erth Development, Erth Design, and Erth Living — under a single standard.

ERTH DEVELOPMENT
Strategy and delivery
Erth Development is the strategic development consultancy of the group. We work with landowners, investors, and private clients to transform land into thoughtfully planned, high-value assets.
Our role is advisory and managerial. We curate the team and govern the design, We supervise delivery on behalf of the client, drawing first on Erth’s own houses, and selecting, procuring, and managing the right external consultants and contractors where a project’s scope extends further. Our expertise spans across high-end residential, mixed-use and commercial, wellness and hospitality, retail, and cultural and museum projects.

DESIGN SERVICES
Architectural design
Architectural design vision and concept direction. Detailed architectural sign-off, code compliance, and authority approvals are delivered by a licensed Architect of Record working with us.
Interior design
Interior design from concept through detailed design — spatial planning, materials, lighting, and the integration of every layer that gives a space its character.
Landscape design
Outdoor environments designed in harmony with the architecture and the land — gardens, courtyards, terraces, and pool surrounds.
Bespoke furniture design
Furniture and FF&E designed exclusively for the project. The finished pieces are produced by trusted fabricators and supplied to the client through Erth Living.
Interior fit-out
Execution of interior decoration and finishes under a single point of responsibility, supervised by our in-house team. Where works extend beyond the fit out scope, a specialist main contractor is appointed separately.
ERTH living
Curation and supply
Erth Living is the curation and supply house of the group. We source, supply, and install the furniture, rugs, decor, and objects that complete a space — pieces that carry the same intention as the legacy they inhabit.
Bespoke pieces designed by Erth Design are produced by trusted fabricators and supplied to the client through Erth Living. Curated pieces are sourced from a careful selection of regional and international makers.

LIVING SERVICES
Bespoke furniture and décor supply
Pieces designed exclusively for the project by Erth Design from furniture, rugs, upholstery, drapery, wallpaper, and the layered materials that finish a space.
Curated furniture and objects
A considered selection of pieces from regional and international makers, edited to a single standard.
Art
Art produced or selected to complement the design intent of each project. Erth-produced art is supplied as decor under Erth Living. For acquisitions from external artists, galleries, and auction houses, Erth manages the process end-to-end — sourcing, advising, negotiating, and overseeing authentication, logistics, and installation — so the client relies on a single point of trust from first selection to final placement.
